Further details have emerged about what the future could hold for Norwich's Anglia Square – and not everybody is happy.
This is a part of Norwich which has been sorely neglected over the years. Few would make the case that the square should remain as it is.
So it is exciting that it appears to be on the cusp of being developed. The key thing now is whether it will be developed the right way.
Clearly, the developers are looking to create a lot of housing on the site.
That would certainly add to the vibrancy of an area which, contrary to what people who never head there might believe, does have thriving shops.
But the idea of a 25-storey tower block might not quite be the 'signature building' which people might have hoped to see there.
