A free poetry event will be held at city bookstore this Friday.
Former University of East Anglia student Tim Cockburn will be reading from his new collection, Appearances in the Bentink Hotel, at The Book Hive, in London Street from 6.30pm.
Born in 1985 in Banbury, Oxfordshire, and raised in Nottingham, Mr Cockburn studied fine art and creative writing at the Norwich School of Art and Design, as it was called then, and holds an MA from the University of East Anglia in creative writing. He lives and works in Nottingham.
