Visitors to the Evening News stand at this year's Royal Norfolk Show can grab a goody bag, save an airbase and find out what it's like to ride in an RAF fighter plane, without moving more than a few yards.

Wander along to stand 208 on avenue seven to have a go in the Royal Air Force Association’s

flight simulator and see what it feels like behind the wheel of a powerful jet.

Or take part in the association’s cycling challenge, which is raising funds for servicemen and women.

And before you leave, get your face painted, sign up for savings with our Tickles team and buy a goody bag - packed with fresh fruit, Kettles Ridge crisps, a drink, sweets, chocolate, and a free half pint of Adnams – for £2.

Norwich deputy city crier Bob Lloyd has been on the stand encouraging people in.

On Thursday Britain’s Got Talent runner-up Ronan Parke will be on our stand today at 3pm signing autographs.
