Planners have given their approval for a former post office to be turned into a restaurant and takeaway.
Norwich City Council had received a proposal from Deniz Turan to change the use of the vacant retail unit at 17, Bank Plain, city centre.
Documents submitted by Mr Turan stated the change of use of the vacant retail unit would add to the “vitality and visibility” of the area. The city council agreed with this statement. But the premises is not allowed to open between 12.01am and 8am on any day.
