The new gymnastics centre at UEA Sportspark is holding two free open days ahead of its official opening next month.

The new SPRING centre will provide facilities for recreational level gymnastics and Sportspark’s gymnastics programme will offer different courses for various age groups and abilities. SPRING will be fully equipped to international standard, with asymmetric bars/high bar, rings, parallel bars, beams, pommel horse, fast track, tumble track, vaulting track, two floor level trampolines with rig, a sprung floor area and wall bars.

The first open day will be held on Thursday, September 1 between 4pm and 9pm and the second open day, and enrolment day, will be held on Saturday, September 3 between 10am and 4pm.
