Norwich United go into tonight's game at home to Heybridge Swifts realistically needing just one point to assure their Bostik League North Division status for another season.

Two consecutive victories, 4-1 at play-off contenders Canvey Island and 3-1 at home to AFC Sudbury on Saturday, with two defeats on the road for Romford have put the Planters very much in the driving seat with just two games to go.

With Romford not playing until tomorrow, a home game against Grays Athletic, the Planters can concentrate on matters in hand and a fit again Henry Pollock rejoins a squad now surely full of confidence with leading scorer Adam Hipperson scoring five goals in the two victories putting the icing on two fine team performances.

It won't be an easy task though as Heybridge having been sweeping all before them in the relentless pursuit of promotion. Eight wins in their last 10 games have sealed a play-off place and on Saturday they won 4-1 at Grays Athletic.
