A tea lady has celebrated 25 years' service at a nursing home with a brew and a slice of cake.
Susan Grange was presented with a commemorative ornament by Maria Matthew, the manager of St Clements Nursing Home, in St Clements Hill, Norwich.
Mrs Grange also received gifts from Kingsley Healthcare's head office, as well as champagne and chocolates from her colleagues at St Clements.
Mrs Grange may have worked at the home for 25 years, but she remembers how it all began as though it was yesterday.
She said: 'I can vividly remember how I came to join the staff at St Clements.
'I was walking past a local shop and saw a small ad for a tea lady. I thought that would be handy to earn a few pounds before Christmas.
'I got the job and then picked up a few extra shifts. It was as simple as that.'
Mrs Grange says she intends on serving for two more years before retiring.
