Youngsters are embarking on a school trip to the big apple to gain inspiration for their art, photography and textiles exams.
The 30 students from Norwich City College will spend five days in New York from Thursday February 24 where they will be documenting their pictures and experiences in a blog.
The trip involves visits to New York's famous art galleries, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum and will help the students complete their projects entitled 'Exploration and Discovery' and 'Imagination and Mystery'.
A Level student Lucy Dinsmore, 17, from Dereham, said: 'I am ridiculously excited about going to New York, I have always wanted to go and it is an amazing opportunity to experience not only the best art museums in the world but also a different culture.'
