A fire officer had to give advice to a 'concerned person' tonight, according to Norfolk Fire and Rescue.
One of the service's officers attended King Street, city centre, at 7.43pm.
No action was required, although the fire service was unable to say what the person's concern related to.
Elsewhere, one crew from Carrow was called to Hall Road, Lakenham, at 9.10pm.
They used hose reel jets to extinguish the blaze. The incident was dealt with by 9.26pm.
