A charity that helps towards the development of a Malawi district will be holding a stall at the Norwich Fleamarket to raise money towards its work.
The Norwich-Dedza partnership aims to raise money this weekend by having a stall at the market in St Andrews and Blackfriars Halls.
The partnership is a charity that supports and develops practical links for organisations and individuals in and around Norwich to assist the development of the district of Dedza in Malawi.
The charity has recently sent a number of people to Malawi, mostly teachers to go and visit their partner schools carrying out computer support work.
Other work includes a bursary scheme that pays secondary school fees for orphans, giving young people the chance to get an education as well as an apprenticeship scheme to provide vocational training for young people by attaching them to tradespeople, giving them inside knowledge.
The charity will have a range of African crafts for sale on Saturday November 16, as well as vintage collectables for the public to view a diverse culture other than their own.
