Older people got the chance to relive their youth as a nursing home was filled with the music of yesteryear.
As part of Bupa's Musical Moments week, a 1940s, 50s and 60s themed party with songs from musicals was held at Oakwood House Nursing Home in Colney, Norwich, yesterday.
The event, part of an initiative which promotes the therapeutic benefits of music for older people, saw people living at the Old Watton Road home join in songs by Frank Sinatra and Bing Crosby. They were joined by singing duo, Class Act. Activities coordinator Edwina Wingham said: 'It's been a happy afternoon, sharing memories.' The picture shows residents being entertained by Class Act.
