Nansa, which provides services for disabled children, adults and their families, hopes sales of the cards will raise money for their Diamond Appeal.
The campaign celebrates 60 years of the charity and aims to raise funds to completely refurbish their Youth and Adult Centre on Bowthorpe Road.
Nansa Fundraising and Marketing Manager Nathalie Marshall said: 'Nansa is totally a service user-lead organisation and art is such an integral part of the sessions we provide.
'Our members wanted to showcase their skills in a Christmas card competition and help raise money for our services and towards our Diamond Centre Capital Appeal.
'Everyone in Nansa made a real effort and we had some beautiful designs, from which our trustees picked a winner from each age group.
'I'm so proud to part of such an enthusiastic team and hope people will support them and buy their cards from our charity shops or The Forum.'
Nansa members from the pre-school Family Centre, Youth Services, Adult Services and Train and Trade all worked hard to create bright and happy designs and slogans for the cards.

Eloise Hoxley and Hannah Gill learn retail and customer service skills at Nansa's Artshop Project on Earlham Road and came up with a Christmas tree design.
Eloise, who has just joined the Nansa football team, said: 'I love doing art and working in the Artshop Project, I'm so happy we won.'
The snowman design was finger-painted by pre-school children with a range of disabilities while Rudolph was created by Amanda Jones at Nansa's Youth and Adult Centre.
All the designs can be can be bought from any of the seven Nansa charity shops in Norwich, Cards of Good Causes at The Forum, the Artshop Project on Earlham Road or Wrap & Roll Café in Hammerton Court at the Julian Hospital.
