A motorcyclist has died after his bike left the road and plunged into a ditch near Attleborough.
A motorcyclist has died after his bike left the road and plunged into a ditch near Attleborough.
Police officers are appealing for witnesses to the accident which took place at about 3.45pm on Sunday.
The red Honda CBR motorcycle was travelling along Hargham Road towards Old Buckenham. Just before the railway crossing the bike left the road for unknown reasons and ended up in the ditch.
The rider, a local man in his 20s, suffered fatal injuries as a result.
PC Richard Peck, from the Serious Collision Investigation Team, would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the crash or has information concerning the rider's manner of driving prior to the accident.
He would particularly like to contact a male driver who stopped briefly at the scene.
