A 24-year-old man was robbed at knifepoint in Dereham Road, Norwich in the early hours of yesterday as he walked home.

A 24-year-old man was robbed at knifepoint in Dereham Road, Norwich in the early hours of yesterday as he walked home.

The attack happened at the junction of Waterworks Road and the Guardian Road roundabout near to Winchcombe Road at 2.30am.

The robber, thought to be 16-18 years old and wearing a black layered winter coat with a hood, demanded he hand over his wallet while waving the knife at the victim, who was also struck in the back of the head several times by another man.
