A man in his 50s has been rushed to hospital by the Air Ambulance after being hit by a vehicle in Thetford.
A spokesperson for the East Anglian Air Ambulance said Anglia Two was activated at 2.48pm and arrived on scene at 3.21pm.
'It included a medical team and helicopter from Cambridge.
'A male pedestrian in his 50s had been hit by a car in a car park and suffered serious head injuries.'
The spokesperson said the man was treated on the scene before being taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge for further treatment.
