Man charged in connection with attempted robbery after threatening person with blade

A 20-year-old man from Norwich has been charged in connection with an attempted robbery.

The incident happened in a park area between Peterson Road and Gresham Road, in the north of the city, on Monday September 15.

Kiefer Hammond, of Bootbinder Road in Norwich, was charged with attemped robbery and threatening a person with a blade in a public place.

He was remanded in custody and will appear at Norwich Magistrates Court this morning.
