Documents disclosing how 207 hectares of farmland north of Norwich could be transformed into a new community will be revealed in tomorrow's papers.
Developer Beyond Green, which is representing five landowners, aims to build 3,520 houses near Sprowston and Old Catton in the next 15 to 20 years, which they claim will create 1,000 jobs.
Hundreds of pages of plans on the North Sprowston and Old Catton project have been submitted to Broadland District Council.
And tomorrow's papers will report on the potential safety risk posed to planes using Norwich International Airport, plans to create new bus services, how many people are expected to live at the site, including even when the first person aged 85 years of age is predicted to live at the development.
The planned development has so far received a mixed response from people living nearby.
