Plans have been lodged to build two new homes close to Wensum Park.
Anglian Design has submitted a proposal to Norwich City Council for planning permission for the houses on land at The Watering, off St Martins Road.
The proposed site for the homes is at the end of the roadway to Tanners Court and is currently a lawn.
The applicants say the homes have been designed with traditional proportions, detailing and windows.
They say, should planning permission be granted, the homes will meet energy efficiency standards.
