Arrows of Love, Hog in Armour, Norwich
Arrows of Love sound like a deranged Dandy Warhols before their sound started accompanying Vodaphone adverts.
Their raw noise sounded great in the space and the brutal, Nirvana-like loud bits contrasted wonderfully with the wide-eyed down-the-barrell-of-a-gun vocals.
The final track bursts into a monstrous frenzy as the singer tore through the sizeable crowd like a bull in a china shop. A thoroughly enjoyable assault on my ears.
Speaking to the singer outside the venue he said that Norwich was becoming a 'second home' for the band, so they will undoubtedly be returning this way in the near future.
