A rugby club is hosting a fun sports day as part of a week of events aimed at getting families to spend more time together.
To celebrate National Family Week, Lakenham Hewett RFC, in Norwich Road, Swardeston, is holding a family fun sports day, featuring four main events, football, tag rugby, rounders and volleyball, for anyone of any age and any ability.
The clubhouse will also be open serving refreshments, and for those feeling tired from all the exercise, kids' movies will be showing.
There will also be a barbecue. It will run from 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm on Friday.
