The jury in the trial of Norfolk County Council over alleged health and safety breeches which led to a 15-year-old boy's death has retired to consider its verdict.

Zabiullah Assadi, known as Zabi, from Burton upon Trent in Staffordshire, died in August 2008. He drowned in the Little Broad at Whitlingham Country Park near Norwich while on a trip to the park as part of a group of ten adults and children.

Norfolk County Council has denied allegations that inadequate safety measures were in place.
