An inquest has been opened following the death of a 16-year-old Norwich student.

Norfolk area coroner Yvonne Blake today opened and adjourned an inquest into the death of Archie Simpson. He died at his home in Lakenham on October 2.

The opening of the inquest at the coroner’s court in Thorpe Road, Norwich, heard that the cause of death was carbamazepine poisoning.
