Health show at Norwich’s Forum

A city clinic will be holding a Really Good Health Show this Friday to raise money for a new birthing unit.

The Really Good Health Show, from 10am to 5pm on Friday, February 4 at The Forum, will be raising money to help buy special equipment for the new Midwifery Led Birthing Unit at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

The event has been organised by the Orange Grove Clinic, in St John’s Alley, and will include group demonstrations of baby yoga, QiGong, pilates, and health taster treatments in massage, reflexology, shiatsu, acupunture, natural health advice and more.
