Green events to be held in Norwich

Getting fit in the fresh air while also helping the environment will be the order of the day at BCTV Green Gym events in Norwich, which take place this month .

Getting fit in the fresh air while also helping the environment will be the order of the day at BCTV Green Gym events in Norwich, which take place this month .

On Sunday , volunteers will be meeting at Sycamore Crescent (off Waterworks Road), for a black poplar conservation programme and allotment maintenance.

Rhododendron cutting at the Cottage Plantation, meeting at the car park on Blue Boar Lane just to the south of Wyevale garden centre, is on the cards on Monday .

The Bluebell Wood, meeting at the Yare Valley Walk car park, junction of North Park Avenue and Bluebell Road, will be the site for work on Wednesday to open up access and improve the habitat.

Other events take place throughout the month.
