The Big Boom will return on Friday, November 2 with a fireworks display from 7.30pm.

Now in its sixth year, the show is expected to attract a crowd of more than 10,000 spectators outside City Hall.

All of the fireworks used in the display will be set to well-known music and managed by Pains Fireworks, a company dating back to times of Guy Fawkes.

Councillor Alan Waters, leader of Norwich City Council said: 'I look forward to seeing the city's streets packed with people for this fantastic, free display.

'This show is a real highlight of our jam-packed events programme and is a great benefit to residents, businesses and the city.'

Disabled seating is at the motorbike park on St Peters Street.

The event follows Spooky City, in Chapelfield Gardens on Wednesday, October 31.
