Flower shop in Hellesdon could be transformed into specialised gym
A former florists in Hellesdon could soon become a specialised gym.
Dan Kelly has applied for change of use permission to change 105 Reepham Road from a shop into a fitness studio.
An application to Broadland District Council said the unit would become a speciliased gym where clients work on a one-to-one basis with a trainer.
The proposals do not include any major physical changes to the property, other than to the internal layout and business signage.
Meanwhile, in Little Plumstead, plans have been lodged for three properties at Leighton House on Broad Lane.
Applicant Michael O’Sullivan is seeking permission to build the homes on land described as a paddock.
In Horsford, an application for five chalet bungalows has been submitted for Pyehurn Farm on Pyehurn Lane.
A supporting document states the homes will be built on a grazing paddock.
