Five people were hurt and three had to be freed from their car after a two vehicle crash near Felthorpe on Friday night.
The crash happened just before 6.30pm on the Holt Road, north of Horsford.
Three fire crews - from Reepham, Earlham and Aylsham - were called to the scene and used rescue equipment to free three of the casualties.
Police and ambulance crews also attended the crash scene, but the extent of the injuries of the people who were hurt was not known.
Fire crews left the scene just before 9pm.
