Emergency services were called after a driver crashed into a lamppost in a Norwich street.
The single car crash, in Jessopp Road, in Norwich's Golden Triangle, happened at just before 6.50am today.
Police and an East of England Ambulance Service rapid response vehicle went to the scene.
Police said the driver had initially reported head and neck injuries, but when the ambulance service attended, the man declined assessment from the crew.
