Cyclist injured in Postwick rush-hour collision

A cyclist was left with minor injuries following a collision between a car and a cyclist in Postwick this morning.

A cyclist was left with minor injuries following a collision between a car and a cyclist in Postwick this morning.

The incident happened at about 8.15am on Old Chapel Way on Broadlands Business Park, and blocked the road for an hour.

A man in his 50s was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with minor back injuries.

A police spokesman said the road had been blocked but was cleared by 9.25am.

The fire service also attended the scene to clear up an oil spillage.
