Would-be burglars use tree branch to try to grab set of keys through letterbox of Norwich home

Criminals used a large tree branch to try to grab a set of keys through the letterbox of a Norwich home.

It happened at a home on Newmarket Road at about 7pm April 4 when suspects reached through the letterbox and using a large tree branch, tried to get a set of keys which were hanging up inside the property.

The offenders were unsuccessful in their attempts and nothing was stolen.

Police are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or noticed anything suspicious in the area.
