Women office workers in Norwich targeted by lunchtime flasher

Female office workers in Norwich are being targeted on their lunch breaks by a flasher who exposes himself as he walks near Cow Tower on the Riverside Walk.

Police said today there had been five instances of indecent exposure in the area at lunchtimes in the past two months, and one at night.

The first case happened on Thursday, September 30, when a man exposed himself to a woman who was walking along the river near to the archway to Pulls Ferry, between 1.30pm and 1.45pm.

A woman walking along The Riverside Walk, at Cow Tower, was then targeted by a man on Tuesday, October 5 between 2pm and 2.10pm.

And three days later, between 2.14pm and 2.20pm, a man exposed himself to a woman, who was again walking along The Riverside Walk, at Cow Tower. The suspect was exposing himself as he walked passed.

Meanwhile, on Friday, October 29, between 8.40pm and 8.44pm, a man stood beside Cow Tower exposing himself to a female passer-by. And then on Wednesday, November 3, between 1.45pm and 1.50pm, a man was seen exposing himself as he walked along Rosary Road nearby.

A 27-year-old woman has now come forward to tell police that a man exposed himself to her as he walked along Riverside Walk, close to Cow Tower, between 2pm and 2.15pm on Friday, October 29.

He was white, in his mid 30s, between 5' 7 and 6'0, of skinny build with short dark hair and a short grey moustache. He was wearing smart black trousers, a shell suit type jacket with a shirt underneath and dark shoes.
