Langaelihle Sibandan, 22, was removed from Vudu nightclub on Prince of Wales Road on October 17 after nodding off.

Josephine Jones, prosecuting, said he slapped the owner in the face before pulling a bottle of beer from his clothing and throwing it over him.

Sibandan was arrested and found to have cannabis resin on him.

He admitted being drunk and disorderly and possessing a controlled drug of class B.
