Shoppers watch as police arrest man in Norwich city centre

Shoppers watched as police arrested a shoplifting suspect in the city centre today (Monday).

The 45-year-old man was arrested shortly after 1pm in All Saints Green, near John Lewis, in connection with shoplifting. The suspect remains in custody at Wymondham Police Investigation Centre.
