Police have seized around £2,000 worth of cannabis plants from a property in a Norfolk village.
Officers discovered the plants at an address in Bawburgh, west of Norwich, around midday on Sunday while conducting enquiries for a wanted man.
Inside, they found 20 large cannabis plants.
PC Dan Taylor said a man in his 50s has been interviewed and reported to court for cultivating cannabis.
In a Twitter post he said: “Officers have come back with 20 large cannabis plants from an address whilst conducting enquiries for a wanted male. It’s still illegal to grow/possess cannabis even at Christmas!”
He said the wanted man police were searching for is linked to various offences.
