Norfolk Police are appealing for help to trace a missing young man from Norwich.
Toby James was least heard from at 2.55pm today (Wednesday December 6) and it is believed he may be in the city.
The 24-year-old is described as white, with short brown hair and is approximately 5ft 4in tall.
Officers are concerned for his welfare and are asking anyone who may have information on Toby's whereabouts or anyone who may have seen him to contact Norfolk Constabulary on 101.
