Norwich police are searching for Munsey Varnadore in connection with a breach of a restraining order and animal welfare offences

A man who has been charged in connection with a breach of a restraining order and animal welfare offences is being hunted by police.
Munsey Varnadore, 19, is wanted after failing to appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, May 2.
Police believe Varnadore has connections in the Norwich and King’s Lynn areas.
Anyone who may have seen him or knows where he is should contact Norfolk Constabulary on 101.
