A man has been charged in connection with a bank burglary in which almost £1,000 was stolen.

Karindad Rezai, 27, of North Park Avenue, Norwich, was charged with burglary on Saturday after a high street bank was targeted earlier this year.

He is accused of stealing coins to the value of £930.69 from Lloyds Bank on Exchange Street in Attleborough which was broken into at approximately 1am on Tuesday 17 October.

Rezai has been bailed and will appear before Norwich Magistrates Court on Friday 26 January.
