Police are appealing for witnesses after a bicycle was stolen from outside a Norwich city centre shop.

The victim left his Dawes Discovery 201 hybrid, dark grey mountain bike locked to the bike racks outside the John Lewis store in All Saints Green on Tuesday, February 1.

But when he went to pick it up he discovered a thief had broken the lock and made off with the bike.

The crime happened between 6.50am and 5.30pm.

Police are keen to speak to anyone who may have spotted any suspicious behaviour.
