Aiming foul-mouthed abuse at police officers after a drunken argument landed Loren Knapp in court.
The 24-year-old, of Clarkson Road, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Prince of Wales Road on December 22.
Just after midnight, officers saw Knapp having an argument with a woman and tried to lead him away, at which point he began shouting and swearing, and punched a bus stop window.
Knapp, who said he did not usually drink but had had “a rough end to last year”, was given a 12-month conditional discharge by Norwich magistrates.
