A 21-year-old man has been arrested following a pitch invasion during Norwich City's Championship clash against Nottingham Forest.

An unknown man, believed to be a Forest fan, ran onto the pitch at Carrow Road last night (March 6) and pulled down his trousers.

He was then caught by stewards.

Former Canaries forward, Daren Huckerby, described the man on Twitter as the 'worst pitch invader ever'.

Police said they have now arrested a man, who was sat in the away stand.

A spokesman said: 'Following an incident during the Norwich City and Nottingham Forest match last night, Tuesday, 6 March, a 21-year-old man, who was sat in the away stand, was arrested in connection with football offences.

'He remains in police custody awaiting questioning.'
