More than a dozen new homes could be built in Norwich city centre if plans lodged with City Hall are approved.
Great Yarmouth-based Gardline Group has submitted an application with Norwich City Council to build the apartments in Pottergate.
The proposals are for 15 two-bedroom apartments and three one-bedroom apartments.
