Hunt continues for missing woman eight years after she walked out of Norfolk and Norwich hospital following birth of daughter

It has been eight years since a woman vanished after walking out of the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.
Agnieszka Marciniaki had just given birth to a baby girl at the hospital.
This CCTV footage shows the moment the Polish woman, then 32, was last seen leaving the hospital at around 11.30am on Saturday, January 30 2010.
She told doctors she would return to the hospital once she had gathered some possessions.
But she has not been seen since.
Her disappearance sparked a police probe but despite an investigation and subsequent appeals she remains missing.
Now, eight years after she disappeared, police are once more appealing for help in solving this mystery.
A spokesman for Norfolk Police said: “We’ve completed all existing lines of enquiry and the investigation remains open.
“We would of course act on any new information received and encourage people who may know the whereabouts of Agnieszka Marciniaki to come forward.”
Miss Marciniaki was described as white, with a round face and short dark hair and had a good grasp of the English language.
She arrived in the UK from Poland in the last week of January (2010) and it was believed she had connections with friends in the Lakenham and Tuckswood area of Norwich.
Previous police appeals have stressed Miss Marciniaki was not in trouble and insisted she could contact police or return without fear of being arrested.
• Anyone who has any information regarding Miss Marciniaki’s whereabouts should call Wymondham Police Station on 101.
Miss Marciniaki is one of a number of missing persons appeals being run by Norfolk Constabulary.
A number of recent and non recent missing persons, including Gorleston woman Sophie Smith, who went missing on Boxing Day last year and Great Yarmouth man Luke Brampton who has not been seen since May 2012 are featured on the force’s website.
