Police are appealing for information surrounding the circumstances which left a man hospitalised in Norwich city centre.
The man suffered a fractured jaw on the morning of Tuesday January 4 sometime between 4.05am and 4.25am between Bank Plain and the junction of Cathedral Street and Prince of Wales Road.
The 36-year-old victim left Havana nightclub on Bank Plain and received the fractured jaw before reaching Prince of Wales Road during the Bank Holiday Monday night out.
He received medical treatment at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
