A man has been arrested after police were called to reports of a dog being kicked in Norwich city centre.
Officers were called to Gentleman's Walk at 8.10am to reports of a man kicking a dog and being verbally abusive to members of the public.
A man in his 20s has since been arrested on suspicion of public order offences, animal cruelty and threats to commit criminal damage.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or anyone with information, should contact Sergeant Mark Shepherd at Bethel Street Police Station on 101.
