Man found dead in Norwich on Halloween had not been seen for five days

A man found dead at his home in Norwich last Halloween passed away as the result of taking a mixture of drugs, the opening of the inquest into his death has heard.
Steven Ordoyno, 47, was found by his case worker at St Martin’s Housing Trust on October 31 at his home on Taylor Road.
He had not been seen for five days.
Area coroner Yvonne Blake, opening the inquest this morning, said: “The circumstances into his death are that he was last seen on October 26, when he went to collect his prescription. His case worker at St Martin’s Housing Trust visited his home on October 31 to find the door unlocked, and found Mr Ordoyno deceased. “He had a history of drug use. The cause of death has been given as mixed drug toxicity. “Further enquiries need to be made.”
The inquest was adjourned to be held on May 3, 2017, at Norfolk Coroner’s Court.
