Man appears in court after eight vehicles broken into at Norwich car park

A 36-year-old man has appeared in court in connection with a series of vehicle break-ins at a Norwich car park.

Eight vehicles - including an Audi RS4 - were targeted overnight between July 18 and July 19 while parked at St Mary’s Works, off Duke Street.

Kevin Page, of no fixed address, was subsequently charged with two counts of theft and six counts of attempted theft from a motor vehicle.

He pleaded not guilty to all eight charges at Norwich Magistrates’ Court today (Monday, July 23).

The case has been sent to Norwich Crown Court for a further hearing on August 20.

Page, who appeared in court via video link from Wymondham Police Investigation Centre, was remanded in custody until the next hearing.
