Here is our monthly look back at some of the criminals who were jailed in Norfolk courts in March.
• Rassel Ahmed, of Rider Haggard Road, Norwich, was jailed for 40 months after admitting robbery and possession of a knife. He also admitted fraud and four counts of theft.
One of his victims was a 91-year-old woman who managed to hold onto her bag but fell to the ground and banged her head.
• A rape victim's four-year wait for justice was finally over in March after her attacker was jailed for 16 years.
Karl Raine was once again been given a hefty prison sentence, after his retrial at Norwich Crown Court found him guilty of rape for a second time.
• A 'high risk' offender who carried out sex attacks on four women and robbed three men in a four-hour crime spree was jailed for life.
Jake Killick, 23, marauded around Norwich city centre carrying out sex attacks and robberies in the early hours in March 2017.
• A man involved in a village robbery which left a vulnerable elderly couple 'terrified' was jailed for seven-and-a-half years.
Luke Leveridge, 40, of Saddlebow Road in King's Lynn, pleaded guilty to robbery on the basis he was coerced.
• A 60-year-old who stabbed two addicts in Dereham because they owed him drug money was jailed for 12 years.
Matthew Xavier, of The Maltings, Dereham, used a screwdriver and a pair of scissors to attack the two men as they waited to buy crack cocaine. He pleaded guilty to two counts of causing grievous bodily harm and one count of attempting to pervert the course of justice.
• Ashley Lloyd, 30, of no fixed address, was also jailed for his role in the Dereham drugs attack.
He was sentenced to three years and nine months in prison.
• An armed robber who targeted a small family-owned bookies was jailed for six years.
Dion Carr, 30, of no fixed abode, admitted robbery and had 13 previous convictions for 33 offences, including a robbery in 2007.
• A drugs courier was jailed for two years for his role in an 'evil trade' after being caught bringing cocaine into Norwich on the A11.
Father of two Jowayne Bonnie, 27, was jailed for possession of cocaine with intent to supply. He was given no separate penalty for driving without insurance, and one month each for two counts of possession of cannabis, to run concurrently.
• A poultry worker who had been on a heavy drinking session killed a loving father with a single punch, a court heard.
Viktoras Goris of Guildford Way, Thetford, admitted manslaughter following the death of Gurjit Singh, 39, after his motionless body was found lying near garages in Durham Way. Goris was jailed for five years.
• A bright student posed as a 14-year-old teenager on Facebook to try to get a 12-year-old girl to send him indecent photos of herself, a court heard.
Joseph Stowger, 22, of Longwater Lane, Costessey, admitted attempting to cause or incite a child to engage in sexual activity. He also admitted possession of indecent images and voyeurism. He was jailed for four years and placed him on the sex offender's register for life.
