A man can be seen lying on the pavement surrounded by several policemen, following his arrest for a shoplifting offence.
A Norfolk police spokesman said: 'Officers were called by security at Marks and Spencer in Norwich shortly after 12.30pm today following a report of a theft.
'Police attended and a short time later a man was arrested on Rouen Road on suspicion of theft.
'He is currently in custody at Bethel Street police station where he will be questioned later today.'
