Police are hunting for burglars who broke into a pub on the outskirts of Norwich.

Scenes of crime officers were called to the Dun Cow pub in Norwich Road, Swainsthorpe, on Friday after reports there had been a break-in.

Offenders broke into the pub, which is currently closed, by smashing patio doors and stealing a quantity of cash from the fruit machine and charity box.

Police are appealing for information to the burglary which happened sometime between 1.30pm on Thursday, September 15 and 9.45am on Friday, September 16.
