Children and their parents will be helped to eat healthier foods and be more active, thanks to an initiative by NHS Norfolk and its partners.

Henry (Health Exercise Nutrition for the Really Young) is a free training course which took place recently to help health professionals tackle childhood obesity.

It focuses on intervening early in children's lives to head off the threat of obesity.

The first trainees have already completed their initial training.

NHS Norfolk has allocated up to 56,000 to fund the project over the next 12 months, with plans to roll out the training across the county throughout the next year.
