Henry (Health Exercise Nutrition for the Really Young) is a free training course which took place recently to help health professionals tackle childhood obesity.

It focuses on intervening early in children's lives to head off the threat of obesity.

The first trainees have already completed their initial training.

NHS Norfolk has allocated up to 56,000 to fund the project over the next 12 months, with plans to roll out the training across the county throughout the next year.

To find out more about Henry in Norfolk, or register to attend a training course, call Lucy Stephenson on 01553 668690 or email lucy.stephenson@norfolk.nhs.uk.
